Is Roavi's community really free of ads?

Yes. Roavi shows no ads in the Community, and no post is paid to be there. Roavi earns from an optional Verified badge that Local Friends can buy.

How is it different from Facebook travel groups?

Posts are shown newest first, not picked by an algorithm. The feed stops and you tap Load more when you want more. There are no ads, and many answers come from Local Friends who live in the city, whom you can message directly.

Can I read it without signing up?

Yes. Anyone can read the Community. A free account lets you post, answer and message Local Friends.

Why is one post sometimes on top?

The Roavi team can pin a notice, such as a safety tip. Everything under it is in the order it was posted.
